Course Outline – Drama

All students in Year 7 study Drama.  However, all students in Key Stage 3 are given the opportunity to participate in a number of extra-curricular drama activities over the course of the year, beginning with a  production at the end of the autumn term. In addition, we are hopeful that as part of their English studies, all year 7 students will take part in a production linked to the Shakespeare unit that they will be studying in the summer.

The majority of drama lessons take place in the Drama studio in our’ M’ school where students have access to a newly installed lighting rig. We have a well-stocked costume cupboard
